Portuguese Language Course
Our classes extend beyond the classroom, allowing students to learn the language through cultural immersion. Our teachers create a communicative and enjoyable environment so that communication flows through student participation.
Brazilian Culture Course
In this course, students will study Brazilian culture through various modalities and experiences. This curriculum covers topics such as historical formation, people and linguistic diversity, music, cuisine, religion, gender and sexuality and society. Furthermore, students will learn through experience through museum visits, dance and capoeira classes, various workshops, visits to historical and religious sites, and exploring the city.
Surviving in Brazil
This course aims to prepare students to communicate and integrate into everyday Brazilian culture. Designed to meet the basic needs of everyday life, the course provides basic communication skills at a pre-intermediate level.
Portuguese for Academic Subjects
In this course, in addition to improving students' general communication skills, they will learn to communicate in various academic settings and become familiar with the various textual genres taught at Brazilian universities. Grammar review, faculty-led discussions, and specific vocabulary development, among other aspects, form the foundation of this course. This modality is highly recommended for students planning to study at Brazilian universities.
